2017-2018 Admissions Requirements
Pre-K through Kindergarten
3 Year old Preschool students must be 3 on or before September 1st (Birth date 09/01/2014 or before).
4 Year old Preschool students must be 4 on or before September 1st (Birth date 09/01/2013 or before).
Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before September 1st (Birth date 09/01/2012 or before).
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS - Please submit the following items for admission review.
- A completed Application for Admission for each child applying to St. Viator Elementary School
- Copy of the child's Original/Certified Birth Certificate (not hospital certificate)
- Copy of the child's Baptismal certificate for any religion. If not baptized, please note this on your application.
- For transfer applicants (Grades K-8), a copy of current report card from previous school must be included.
A $100.00 PER CHILD Non-refundable application fee is due when application for admission is submitted. This is for NEW and RETURNING students. The application for new students can be found HERE. Transfer Students
For transfer students in any grade, you must provide a copy of the student's most current medical, eye and dental records. NEW exams, as shown below, are required for all students entering the following grades:
- PreK 3 & 4 Medical* with the Lead Screening portion completed
- Kindergarten Medical* with the Lead Screening portion completed, Vision/Eye and Dental
- Grade 2 Dental
- Grade 6 Medical* and Dental
* Parent fills out and signs Health History portion on side two of the medical form

Full Day – PreK 3 through 8th
Hours are 7:50 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
5 Half Day Pre School - 4 Year old:
Mornings Monday thru Friday
Hours are 7:50 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
3 Half Day Pre School - 3 Year Old
Mornings on: Monday - Wednesday - Friday OR Monday thru Friday
Hours are 7:50 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
